CHAPTER HOLIDAY KICK-OFF PARTY

Price: $78/person including tax and gratuity

No more cold or diner restaurant environment! No more oyster shucking or shrimp peeling! John and Paula promise a festive holiday setting with an elegant catered dinner preceded by cocktails and appetizers.

Following dinner the fun continues with an optional “white elephant” or “dirty Santa” gift exchange. Even if you choose not to participate you can stay and watch the fun.

HOLIDAY PARTY FOOD AND BEVERAGE DETAILS A cocktail hour starting at 5:00pm will feature petite crab cakes with remoulade sauce, tarragon chicken salad phyllo cups, and white cheddar pimento cheese. There will be a cash bar with beer, wines (two reds, three whites, and a prosecco), and cocktails. Dinner will follow at 6:00pm with: Mixed greens with strawberries, walnuts, feta, and raspberry vinaigrette (on the side) Shrimp and grits Beef brisket with slider buns Roasted red potatoes Green beans Yeast rolls with butter Dessert Complementary drinks will be lemonade and spa water with oranges and mint Optional gift exchange follows.
